Menards - Review about Receipt Mistakes from Morrow, Ohio
I had a problem with items on my receipt not matching my actual purchase. I asked to speak to store manager of woodstock store (jason). He did not care to help me and barely made eye contact with me while trying to explain ripping me off. His explanations didn't even make sense. I have been with the company many years .. No wage increase for over 6 years.. Finally offered raise if passed compentcy test ... Ask questions I never was given answers to .. So I failed test .. Talk about discrimination .. Menard's doesn't want to help the poor man struggling .. Unfair test and not legal

Menards - Tub Purchase Review from Muskegon, Michigan
We purchased a tub at 3 rivers,mi. While loading my son saw a crack. The guy asked if he was sure it was cracked by them. They told him to go inside and return it. Ok the 2nd one we had to go behind the building to returns to pick up. After waiting 1/2hr. They brought out another which was also cracked. At this point the guy working said let's go inside as they didn't have anymore of this tub.he said he felt for all the trouble we should get a discount on the next higher one. When he asked about a discount the lady informed my son they couldn't give a discount as they had to make a profit. We also had checked on line for a pedestalsink which they said they had in stock and couldn't get that as they were out. When my son pointed out we had driven 25 mi to get there andwere disapointed they told us you couldn't go by that to call first.I have never been treated that bad. Thank you. Madmolly1947@all.com

Specials Adds Review
Specials adds put in area that you think it something else. Will not shop menards for a long time!
Braught a new Yardman 17" trimmer (along with the rototiller attachment) followed instructions on putting it together, used there oil supplied with the unit to 1 gallon of gas. Ran a tank and a half through it and it quite. After 10 days of owning it they sent me to a repair facilities which told me there was no oil in the gas and it seized it up and needed a new motor.Now we are out $250.00. This is the trimmer that we can't use and a rototiller that we have nothing to attach it too. There comment was "we only sell them." That's real great customer service. Do not buy any power equipment from them they will not stand behind it. They even advertise a 30 day warranty with it.
