Menards - Tub Purchase Review from Muskegon, Michigan
We purchased a tub at 3 rivers,mi. While loading my son saw a crack. The guy asked if he was sure it was cracked by them. They told him to go inside and return it. Ok the 2nd one we had to go behind the building to returns to pick up. After waiting 1/2hr. They brought out another which was also cracked. At this point the guy working said let's go inside as they didn't have anymore of this tub.he said he felt for all the trouble we should get a discount on the next higher one. When he asked about a discount the lady informed my son they couldn't give a discount as they had to make a profit. We also had checked on line for a pedestalsink which they said they had in stock and couldn't get that as they were out. When my son pointed out we had driven 25 mi to get there andwere disapointed they told us you couldn't go by that to call first.I have never been treated that bad. Thank you. Madmolly1947@all.com

Specials Adds Review
Specials adds put in area that you think it something else. Will not shop menards for a long time!
Braught a new Yardman 17" trimmer (along with the rototiller attachment) followed instructions on putting it together, used there oil supplied with the unit to 1 gallon of gas. Ran a tank and a half through it and it quite. After 10 days of owning it they sent me to a repair facilities which told me there was no oil in the gas and it seized it up and needed a new motor.Now we are out $250.00. This is the trimmer that we can't use and a rototiller that we have nothing to attach it too. There comment was "we only sell them." That's real great customer service. Do not buy any power equipment from them they will not stand behind it. They even advertise a 30 day warranty with it.

Menards Cashier Review
I purchased a new earthquake lawn edger was told by the cashier that a replacement plan was additional 24.98 fine I purchased the plan and was informed if anything happened to the product to return the item and it would be exchanged however this is and was a lie product the engine locked up took it back and was told I have the expense at taking the product to a service dealer and my plan is nothing until the manufactures warranty expires took the product back the same day what a joke don't ever buy a replacement plan at menards on their power tools
