After spending 1200 today I was leaving your store. When I realized I needed paint.
On my way to get it Mathew I believe it was told me to pull my mask up. I told him I was having problems breathing. He said I needed to leave the store. I told him he could.
It discriminate against me because of my condition. He said pull it up or leave. Thats why I am pissed. You got 6 thousand of my money right now on a cabinet order.
Not only do you treat me like I dont matter. You violate my civil liberties. Thats why I am pissed.
I will tell everyone about my experience. I hope you get sued.

I've been a long time customer with the West Bend Menards store Today I went in to purchase 2 new ceiling fans. I know you have a mask dress code, though I tried explaining to 2 employees behind the return counter that I have severe asthma.
They refused to serve me and made no exception to my medical condition.
Obviously I walked out of the store empty handed. I am so disappointed on how I was treated, especially being a paying
Customer. Which in return pays those 2 employees wages. Whatever happened to customer service???

Price
I went to buy a screen tent. The sakes price was un front of screen tent for 79.99.
So I grabbed one. When I went to check out I got charged 124.00 fir the screen tent. I told the cashier that the sake price was 79.99. She told me to go to service desk.
I went and talked to manager about price. She told ne the tag was put in the wrong place. I stated back to her. I should get the sales price.
The manager stated no. Customer is always right. I dont feel I should if not paid 124.00 fir screen tent because Menards employee put sales sticker in wrong place. I shoukd have got sale price.
The manager talked to me on the ohone after I left. She watched video. The cashier lied to the manager. She tokd manager that she took me over to show me it was not on sale.
No I took her over where they where. She moved the the tag. Before the manager checked it out. I spend alot of money at Menards.
Looks like I will have to find another place to shop for my needs.
When The sales price is in front of the product you should get it for that price not my falt the stock person put sakes sticker in front if wrong product. Very unhappy with Menards.
Junk wood delivered to my house
Went into menards and paid over $3000.00 for deck lumber and 90% of what I got was junk holes in it chunks missing out of the wood and gouges that look like they have been hit with a fork lift. Called the store and some guy showed up at my house without even calling to look at the wood and took some of it but did not get a call back on what he took and looked through the wood and said he would use this but I could not tell you if this guy has ever built a deck before but with the crown facing up this stuff is junk!
I wish I could send pictures in this Paying over $3000.00 for deck Materials and delivery and to get this stuff is unacceptable. I would like the lumber replaced with lumber that is right. I have paid for someone to build my deck and now have wait to get it done and it could be a month before the person building it can come back now that my steps on the back of my house have been torn down I have no way to take my dogs in and out to use the bathroom. I am handicapped due to a broken leg and have a hard time getting around this is a very big inconvenience for me if someone could call me and let me know what can be done.
I went to the store today and the guy expected me to tell him how to do his job and how much lumber I needed when it was on the ticket order. If he canโt tell how many rows it takes of lumber to put this section of deck together then he probably does not have the need to be a manager.
I am assistant manager of a tire store and if you tell a customer that you are going to do something you better dang well stick to your word. The general manager told me he was going to replace all the deck lumber and did not do that.

Store policy
I walked the whole store without a mask on because of my medical exemption and not 1 employee was spotted until I went to checkout where the cashier said I needed to put my mask on. Told her I have a medical exemption and that when the problem started.
Manager walked up and said to put my mask on told him same thing I told cashier. Told him its discrimination against people with medical conditions under HIPPA and Osha.
Osha states no one should wear a mask if breating is difficult. The incident occured at Warsaw, IN Menards store on Sept 24, 2020 after 4 pm

What is it that you don't understand when they have sings posted and they tell you that you need to wear a mask if you shop in their store? If you don't want to wear a mask don't shop where they are required.
There is really no reason that you can't wear a mask for a few minutes while you are in crowded public places. If you feel that it is that hard to breathe with a mask you shouldn't be risking your health by being out in crowded stores anyway.
