Just. another case of you get what you pay for. When you buy low priced furniture at a big box store that doesn't carry furniture year round you shouldn't expect great quality or service on the furniture.

Undelivered product

My problem: Because I broke two bones, I wasn't able to pickup the boards I ordered. I paid an exorbitant amount for delivery, but only received 3 out of the 8 boards. After more than 6 calls, a lot of holding, and talking to people who tell me they are taking care of my problem and will notify me by email of the confirmation and tracking number, I HAVE NOTHING. It is incredibly frustrating. I will need to put in another call today. Sidebar: The department I call has the WORST call reception.

Not getting the service I paid for.

I paid about $200 for delivery and installation of a microwave. (I'm fully capable of picking up from Menards Eden Prairie but selected JB Hunt delivery because that was the only way the website would allow me to select installation.) Driver just told me via phone that he won't install. I feel cheated out of $200.

Because I can't get no service

I bought a Craftsman snowblower last 11-23-19 used it twice. Filled it up with fuel this year now it will not start have extended warranty but it is still under warranty Have no repair facilities in this area and your counter people cant figure out how to resolve this issue

Should probably take it to a service center authorized to work on the unit and should also give them ur receipt to validate date of purchase. Not on Menards

We purchased 30 totes/lids on sale for 3.00 each. We bought totes from Menard's for years and always been happy with them. However, these totes were strange. The lids wouldn't snap down. And finally out of frustration i slammed my fist and hurt my hand. We used a total of 9 totes /lids. The lady who helped us was rude.

Waiting over 10 weeks for rebate. Emailed rebate center 3 times in last 4 weeks and 1 reply with no update just asking questions. We ordered a pole building with plans to use the 2300.00 rebate to finish it and still no rebate so cant finish. Very disappointed and of course no phone number to talk to anyone!!!

The rebates are taking 3-4 months. Be aware that they come as a folded postcard that looks like junk mail advertising.

Rebates not received

I have been turning in rebates for the last 3 months and have not received any rebate money back from them as of July 29, 2020? I would like to know what is happening to those rebates as I see other customers have complained also? We just purchased a new home and have been buying from Menards for at least the last 6 months. I did receive one check from them back in January 2020. Since that time I have turned in several request for the rebates and nothing has been returned in the form of a rebate voucher. My suggestion is that they include the 11% rebate/discount with each purchase at the store and not mail in. This will cut down on the personnel that is required to process them.

Just after I wrote this. I received my rebate. The rebate had about 6 purchases rebates all added up for one check, which was around $46.00.

rebatesinternational finally sent the 11% rebate in store credit at Menards for $46. One week after this complaint and a complaint to BBB in Wisconsin.

I already filed a complaint about not getting my 11% rebates. Now Menards wants my face book profile. The only reason I can imagine is they want to see if I am criticizing Menards on social media. Or find out personal info to discredit my complaint.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE

I up until today went to menards in belleville mi 1 a week and today was the worst I've ever been cheated and lied about at any store ever, today is 6-14-20, we arrived at menards about 5:35 pm walking in to the garden center we (my self and fiancé) wanted a bird bath for the yard, after we loaded up the bird bath I Rachel Gentry seen some lawn stones/decorations, seen the army one (I am a army veteran) and wanted it, figured ment to be since I was actually interested on the U.S.Armys birthday, it was on top shelf so my boyfriend moved it but I just decided to go get help or even ask if they had more because of a chip at bottom so I went and found an employee Kaylee who was just restocking the shelves ( please check camera on her activity because this come in to play later in experience) so I ask her about the stones show her the picture I took because the one I wanted was oval shaped compared to the others and wanted to confirm why we were talking and walking we get to the end cap and she sees the sign/price listed as $12.99 but she doesn't say that it was wrong immediately until she whips out her little price check scanner tool and tells me its $29.99 and immediately removes the price tag sign as she is doing she blames it out the people who put the display up didnt remove,, so I ask since its miss marked do I get it for that price stated I don't make them calls, (but did not offer to say hold on let me check with the manager and see what we can work out..there was a chip) no after she states she don't make those calls she walks away goes back to same area she was working ad she left me just standing there un resolved issues, so I tell fiancé I will be right back guess I have to check with manager, I walk to customer service check out and explain the situation and showed the picture they stated it would have been different if I just loaded and paid for it then I would have got it for $12.99 because was mistaken and then she states I will call the manager ask the car were was Brittany she stated she was helping at returns, so coicendently Brittany walks up moments after and i go through my issue the she rebuts stating that Kaylee was working on display and got called off to sweep up a mess per Kaylee (im assuming Kaylee called but couldn't call a manager to ask a question for me but could call in give her story before I had even arrive up front to find manager)i said no actually Kaylee was not when I found her she was stocking/straightening items, here is the amazing part, the manager Brittany stated right to my face I actually looked at the cameras and she was sweeping, which unless camera viewing is hand held there was no physical way Brittany could have reviewed the cameras because all this transpired in 3-5min. But Brittany stated she would not honor the price so I left... In the last month you can pull my name and my fiancé My name is Rachel Gentry and his is Shannon Potter in last six weeks have spent $1000 bucks in the belleville mi store please research our purchases and the cameras so you can find that i wasn't lying and that you have employees apparently not doing what there supposed to and the killer thing is that the encap was fully stocked so there woul have been no reason for and employee to return, they just failed to pay attention to detail and not remove the bad price tag..
