I have been fighting an 11% rebate for over a week now. I made two big purchases on February 17, 11% came in to effect on the 18th.
I got a price check form and sent them off. I queried why I had only got a portion of the rebate and was told I sent the wrong paperwork to them. I since have found what they wanted and no response to emails to the rebate center.
Customer service responded with basically no you can't have it, but yes I can as I know they do honor if you have purchased the day before or else why would they have price check tickets in store for us to get.
I also placed a special order of nearly $1,300 to find when I opened the boxes some were the wrong color. Now I have to use my fuel, my time to go and change them.
So I am going to return my second purchase and re-buy it as 11% is again on right now so hey Customer service I will get the rebate I earned!!!!!!
