They don’t give two *** about customer service I’ve emailed them twice about my rebate I sent in 4 months ago with no response and no rebate which they claim has been issued. Don’t lie to people and offer them something your not gonna make good on. Will start doing my shopping back at Lowe’s or Home Depot!

Chances are that either you threw the rebate (it's only a post card) away thinking you would be getting a check in an envelope, or it got lost or stolen in the mail. You will see posts here from people who use the service from the post office that scans mail coming their way and have had rebates scanned into the system but never received them.
