Rebate check missing

I still have not received any confirmation of my rebate from Nov. 2020. I did send the form and several receipts at the same time. How long do you think it is going to take.

Mine have been taking 3-4 months. If you try tracking them they tend to show up in their tracking shortly before the post card they are sent in arrives in the mail.

Where is the link to the ADA supporting your claims that Menards is violating the ADA regulations by requiring customers to wear a mask when shopping inside their stores? If Joe Biden is elected President, he indicated that he will pass a mandate requiring Everyone to wear a face mask. What will you do if that happens?

My rebate mailed on 8/7/20 is not even showing a tracking number...wth it's been over a month...I want my $53.68 rebate to me in less than a week to get another very large project started...come on guys, a month and not even in the system yet?? Rebate returns from Menards has slowed drastically now that they are running the 11% rebate non-stop. You should expect it in about 3 months after you sent it.

When you purchase items your credit card is charged instantly, however it takes 3 months to process the 11% store credit????? Also menards staff have been slowly but surely raising the prices of items over the past 7 months to offset the 11% rebate.

Your credit card transaction is processed electronically. Your rebate is mailed in and then has to be processed manually.

How many rebate submissions do you think they have stacked in a warehouse waiting to be entered. They should either do like Home Depot and let you submit the rebate on-line or just give you an 11% discount at the register since that seems to be their regular price now that the rebate has been running for 6 months straight.

Was doing my shopping in the store and a worker named paty walked up to me, and immediately engaged in telling me I need to leave the store or put a mask on. my wife and I have health and religious beliefs, so we relayed these messages politely and so she called her buddy I guess, none of them announced themselves or introduced themselves felt like a mob because they both had an extra person with them, so she said we were lying about health conditions which was absurd! This Patty was rude as *** Her friend that came 30 secs after talking to her he was his name was Allen, he didn't talk much but he reinforced the bad behavior from paty, and as we were already heading out the door he said we need to leave as of we were still shopping... So I will never recommend menards to anyone and will never buy their product again, they are a tyrant company with their dictatorship rules on masks, ND the mob attacks they allow they're employees to do was outrageous it makes you believe that is another country and once you walk in you obey your Queen and king rules, or else! So I am in the process of talking to my lawyer about this matter....

Why do you have such a hard time understanding that if you don't want to be socially responsible and wear a mask that they don't want you in their store? Just stay away from public places that require masks if you don't want to wear one.

Processing Fee, for an order to be picked-up? I've never heard of such a thing...especially when shipping it to my door is just 2 dollars more.

Does my order come wrapped and packed with tissue paper and a ribbon or what? Why does Menards need 5+ dollars to pack a 4 qty. order that cost less than 17 dollars? That's freakin' blasphemy.

I predict this business won't last...at least not in our city. Good riddance.

You are paying for someone to do your shopping for you. If you don't want to pay the fee just go to the store and pick the product off the shelf yourself.

Why should I pay a surcharge for the employee to do their assigned job while on company time??? Are they going to charge me a forklift operator for buying a pallet of pavers, or a service fee for the paint employee to mix the 5 gallon bucket of spring mint green paint I need, or charge me a fee for the employee to clean the shopping cart handle with baby wipes?

If you don't like the fee, don't use the service. No one is forcing you to make this purchase from Menards. Shop elsewhere if you feel you can get a better bottom line price.

The employees in a retail store are there to sell things to the customers in the store. For example when they are mixing the paint for you they are also going to try and sell you brushes, rollers, paint trays, painters tape, drop cloths and the list goes on and on.

If they are pulling an order placed online they aren't available to sell to the customers in the store which frustrates the customer waiting for help. As you ordered on line they also missed the chance to try and sell you the profitable items that went with the paint.

That's why they charge you to take an employees time away from the sales floor and also encourage you to shop in the store rather than on line. Menards is a chain of brick and mortar store and would much rather have you shopping in the store than on-line but still offer the on-line experience for those that really want it and are willing to pay their fees to use it.

Order custom garage doors they were the wrong size reorder the smaller size they put the difference on my credit card as my refund but its not on there the order date 8-15-2020. Went to pick up the right size 12-9-2020

Rebates a sham, employees steal rebate slips

Menards offers 11% off, its not its a rebate to use in the future. Currently it seems to take 4 months to even process. I have moved, guess what? rebate not forwarded. now last week I go and make a $60 purchase. Cashier hands me my receipt. I look at it when I get home, the rebate receipt has been ripped off! I am not shopping at Menards anymore unless I can't get the product cheaper anywhere else before that bogus rebate! I hope their business suffers accordingly!

Extended repair plan details

Whirlpool refrigerator ordered 12/3/20 arrived 12/21/20. We purchased a 4 yr extended warranty and want to have a copy of the plan. We paid $134.09 with the price of the fridge. Nowhere can we find a copy of this plan. Have called, emailed, and called again. Nothing.

Rebate program

I would like to know how it is legal for Menards to advertise 11% off everything in the store. Their 11% off program forces people into a rebate situation that Menards does not control. Sometimes you get the rebate and sometimes you do not and when you do it is months after the original purchase and the rebate is only good when you make another purchase at Menards. I suspect that this "rebate" program is extremely good for Menards as many of these rebates, provided you actually get one, are never actually redeemed due to the fact that they look like just another pieces of junk mail when they do come and are likely placed in the trash by unknowing customers.

What do you mean when you say Menards doesn't control the rebate program? They have 100% control of any rebate going to Rebates International.

Menards has obviously contracted with a third party to handle their "rebate" program and do not directly control the third parties activities. Bad business decision if you want my opinion. As Menards customers become abused by this process they will take their business to Menards competitors.

Rebate question

I purchased a pole barn with 11% rebate I was supposed to receive a rebate for $859.25 and after three months of waiting I got a rebate for eight cents. I am not upset I would just like the issue fixed and my rebate please thank you

For a company that specializes in building matterials and such, $3,000 is a small order. Paying a certain amount of money doesn't make you more entitled to better service.
