On 1/10 I ordered a broiler pan that was to be delivered on approx. Jan 23 - I stopped at the Holland, MI store to follow up No one would help me at the store.
I was very disappointed with "no customer service" from the employees. I was sent to 3 departments and no one helped me. I contacted Whirlpool and this item could be shipped the next day. At least someone could try to follow u p on the order or me.
Should I cancel and order it directly through Whirlpool? I have always respected the good customer service from Menards up until this time.
