I don't mind helping people but I hate people who stand there and watch you load up 300 boards for their deck. Trust me we get those tards. Then when you are done with them you are so pissed you take it out on the next guest who is a worthless moron too. So maybe next time you won't be so worthless. |

| 3. Written by Current Employee on April 8, 2008 from cottage grove, minnesota, US Have you thought about how you are looked at or thought of by us? Does every guest that come in the doors of our company think that we have all the answers? Sure it would be nice to be able to go anywhere and have someone hold your hand. But if thats what you want then you should have brought your momma. Quit complaning so much and just be thankful for the help you did get. Sometimes we the employees think that the people that come in our stores are some of the most incapable people around. Some of our employees are pretty young or just there for the paycheck, hey hello , surprise! Get to know the ones with the answers and go to them. Don't give all employees crap because you did not have a clue when you came in. Just approach the ones you know are capable. And by the way we did not stop being people when we punched in for our shift. Some of us actually take our work seriously and do not appreciate the crap we get from some of those that step into our place of work! Use common sense. There are managers, they are the ones that are paid to have the answers, but sometimes you may have to go to more than just the first person you see. Remember the first person may have just got through some ahole that did not have a clue as to the why they were there. Can't we all just get along? |
