Menards - Manager Review from Chillicothe, Ohio
We bought a tankless hot water tank after having it installed and then trouble shooting through the manufacture we finally determined menards sold us the wrong unit, I contacted the store and spoke to an associate who after explaining and him checking prices that they would do an even exchange but when my husband went to ecchange they charged an additionally 95 dollars after calling manager he stated it was due to price changed and rebate(which was still going on but not applied) so i called coperate which there is noone to personally talk to! This is a joke!
With a receipt and a mess up from the store it should have been an even exchange!
We have alot of more remoldeing to do and will not be giving not another dime to menards!!! Their customer service is beyond awful!!!

If you return an item that had been purchased during a rebate period and return it without the rebate receipt (attached to the bottom of the regular receipt) the value of the rebate will be deducted from the refund. You can't expect a full refund and be able to claim the rebate as well.
What is a tankless hot water tank?? Are you retarded?
If I worked there and someone this *** tried to tell me I was wrong, I would laugh in their face and tell them to go to Lowes.
